The adidas Metalbone 3.4 Padel Racket is not only the signature model of Spanish star Alejandro Galan, but it is also one of the most powerful rackets we carry from adidas. Unique to adidas' Metalbone construction is the ability to fully modulate the racket to your individual needs. The racket's base weight ranges from 345 to 360 grams, but can be modified with the custom weight plates that add up to 5.6 grams apiece on each section of attachment. The customizable Metalbone rackets all come with custom weight plates that are made up of weighted tabs, washers, and screws that users can add to their racket at various points to make them more powerful (weight at top) or more maneuverable (weight at bottom sides). With this unique system, the identity of the racket can be whatever you decide it to be. Around the perimeter is adidas' Power Groove, which increases structural rigidity around the edge of the racket, making heavy shots feel even more powerful. Additionally, adidas has markedly increased the length of their handle with their Extra Power Grip, which adds more leverage and reach for length-based power. The hitting surface is made from an Aluminised 16K Carbon, which is a good best-of-both-worlds approach between a more harsh and higher K-count carbon, and a lower, more flexible K-count makeup. To help with spin production, the Spin Blade Decals grip the ball easily and consistently for cutting under, over, or across your shots. Elsewhere, the Soft Performance rubber inside the racket is made from a low density EVA that boosts comfort substantially, helping to make these diamond rackets much more accessible. • Weight & Balance System: By placing the weights on the upper part of the racket, the balance will shift towards the top and we will favor attacking shots. By placing the weights closest to the grip, we will lower the balance, thereby increasing control. If we remove all the weights, we'll have a lighter racket. Each racket includes an Allen key keychain to easily perform the operation of placing and removing weights.
  FOR THE METALBONE The system consists of two plates (1.8 g each), and on each plate, you can mount 2 washers (0.6 g each) and 2 screws (1.3 g each). This allows for modifying the weight of the racket by a total of 11.2 g.
