Updated with a 98in² head and 16x19 string pattern for 2025
Introducing the 2025 Gravity Tour! Unlike the previous generation, which had a 100in² head and 18x20 string pattern, this update features a more surgical 98in² head and a spin-friendly 16x19 string pattern (think higher launch angle and easier depth). It also packs a more stable swingweight for added plow-through and less racquet flopping on volleys. Defined by its unique teardrop head shape, the Gravity Tour has a larger contact zone (and bigger spin window) in the upper portion of the head. The result is a uniquely comfortable and responsive modern player's racquet. For 2025, Head adds Auxetic 2 a layup construction in the yoke and handle to optimize the feel and response. This model also has Graphene inside, strengthening the frame in key locations to provide a more powerful and stable hitting experience. Ultimately, this update represents more than an incremental tweak - it's a new racquet that pairs spin-friendly precision with the undeniable comfort and buttery feel for which the Gravity franchise is known.

The hype is REAL!!!I bought this racquet based on the hype and the specs, particularly the RA rating of 59. My Babolat Pure Drive was killing my elbow and I thought something softer was in order. First day I took a practice run at the wall, and while it was kinder to my elbow that the Babolat, I found the frame somewhat muted and dull when I hit the ball. I thought the dampening tech and the RA rating was maybe too much, but after looking at the teardrop shape of the head, something occurred to me - maybe I was hitting the ball too close to the handle and not where it was designed to be hit...farther away in the geometric center of the upside down pear shape. What a difference!!! After I consciously made the effort to alter the target spot with which I tried to hit the ball, it was like magic. Power increased, I found a spin capability and every hit was crisp and a thrill to connect with the ball. And even after doing my best to flatten the ball like a pancake with the hardest hits I could produce, my elbow didn't pay the price.
I suspect that any marginal review might just be related to the off- sweet spot hits I suffered through on my first try of this racquet. Hitting it too close to the handle will produce an unsatisfying thump without any spirit imparted on the ball. I wonder what would happen if the unsatisfied testers tried to consciously hit the ball 1-2 cm (maybe up to an inch further up the racquet than what they might be used to. We are creatures of habit and changing a stroke or impact target does not come naturally. The teardrop shape of this racquet is different enough that it deserves your cooperation and the player who can adjust will be justly rewarded.
A solid 5 star racquet!
Think Graphene 360+ Prestige Pro on Steroids!That’s the best description I can provide to express what the Gravity Tour feels like. Soft but crisp at the same time, easy to swing, cut through the air perfectly, outstanding feel, precision, and power on tap. Whatever Prestige Pro does, Gravity Tour does it better while preserving the original extension of the arm sensation.
Both frames have a 22mm thickness across the entire mold, which is what I gravitate towards usually. The tear drop shape is positively noticeable.

Comfort, control, launch angleI demoed this recently and decided to switch. Loved the comfort, easier on my arm. Good plow through, hits the target and love the higher launch angle, few net shots. Volleys are solid and big hitters don't push me around. You do have to provide the head speed, no pushing. Gone from 100 to 98 and no big deal. Nice stick.
Almost reminds of Head's Youtek IG Speed ProLove this racquet. 4.0, all-court player in the Atlanta area. Full swing top spin strokes w/one handed backhand.
Long ago I played with the Youtek IG Speed Pro which I still have and love, just a tad heavier than what I want these days. Since then, I've primarily been playing with 2016 XT Prestige Pro and 2018 Graphene Prestige Tour. Love the control on these racquets, but recently looking for a little more power and spin. I also played with the Graphene 360 Speed MP, but it had no feel for me.
So, I was looking for a racquet that could provide a little more ooomph and spin than the Prestige and more feel than the Speed MP. For me, this 2025 Gravity Tour is it.
CONTROL and POWER
At first, it flew on me a bit, but I got use to it quickly. And in my first match with it, I was able to really dial in the higher launch angle with my topspin, as well as slice approaches (slices would at first pop off too high, but once I figured it out, felt great and am able to keep it low and drive through it). While it doesn't have the control Prestige has, it's not far off–the 22mm beam and 98in size helps. It didn't take long for me to tame it, and the 16x19 pattern helps give me more topspin that keeps the ball in the court for deep shots, as well as short angles.
VOLLEYS
This racquet felt really quick and maneuverable, had no problems when I needed to react quickly. It also feels pretty solid when handling hard shots, but still allowing good feel on touch volleys.
WEIGHT
While it's 305g unstrung, I'll be adding a little weight (probably to 320g) for some added plow through, which is what I loved about the Youtek Speed Pro that's 335g unstrung. I also noticed that the updated head shape of the Gravity Tour is exactly that of the Youtek. This, for me, opens up the sweet spot higher on the racquet where it should be.
Eager to see how it hits after adding some weight. I'll probably start by using a leather grip with one layer of overgrip (adds weight and more feel to the bevels). Will see how that feels and see if I need to then add a little weight to 10 and 2 or 9 and 3.
Overall, coming from control racquets, the Gravity Tour provides me with the little extra power and spin I was looking for, but not losing much control or feel I couldn't find in most other modern racquets I demo.
Finally a Perfect Frame for MeHead really knocked it out of the park with this one. It's almost like the designers read my wish list and made it happen. Specs wise, this is it for me. Added some weight at 3&9, but less than I usually do because the balance point was fairly close to what I like. Soft, precise, plenty of spin and good plow through (again, keep in mind I added 8 grams). Finally a 98 16x19 that feels smooth without sacrificing much connectivity. The cosmetic looks even better in person. I absolutely love this thing.

Not a big fanDemoed one once it became available and played for about 5 hours rally + 3 hours matches. Head did make some upgrades on their new Gravity Tour. I like how they decrease the head size but the string pattern still looks super open. It would be much better if they can make a 18x19 or 16x20 racquet. The new Gravity Tour is good in every aspect but not superb. I personally don't like the new grommet which makes a whistle like sound when you swing the racquet. Overall it's a good racquet but definitely not the hyped one on the internet.

Awesome, well rounded racquet!This racquet has great spin and great sweet spot for a 98! I’ve played the Speed Pro but didn’t like it on serve so I switched to the Radical MP. I didn’t love the sweet spot of the Radical MP and wanted something a little more forgiving. I gave the Speed MP a shot but couldn’t control my forehand at times with the added power I received from that frame. FINALLY, I demoed this Gravity Tour 2025 and loved it! It gives me more margin over the net than my Radical MP along with more spin and bigger sweet spot. The Gravity Tour also gives me much more control and predictability than the speed mp. This is the Goldilocks racquet for me in Head's lineup! I play 4.5 - open level tournaments! This will be my new stick I’m just waiting for it to release!

Average but Good AverageThe new and anticipated Head Gravity Tour is a good, average frame. The one thing that stood out to me was the slice and launch angle. I find it easy and confident hitting offensive, low slices while switching it up with an acceptable amount of topspin. For downsides, I think this is a very mushy frame that is entirely dependent on the player. Once you slow down or lose confidence in an intense match, I worry that you will be fighting against yourself with this racquet. Overall, I recommend this racquet to competitive players who love a really soft frame. It is very mushy, but once you adjust and learn more of the frame I think you will enjoy using it.

Fantastic UpgradeI do own several HEAD racquets, including a Gravity Pro 2023 and a Gravity Tour, 2023. The Auxetic 2 material does not sits well with all of the HEADS racquets; however, with the Gravity Tour 2025 it improved the feel and ball connection. I played using both racquets and immediately felt the difference. Opening the string pattern to a 16 x 19 was genius. The spin generation is amazing. Going down to a 98 in Head helped with the control and accuracy. Incredibly, the smaller head size and opening up the string patterns, increased the sweet spot. On my Gravity Tour 2023, I have Solinco Hyper-G Round on the mains and Hyper-G Soft on the crosses at 50 pounds. I highly recommend this racquet and string combination. I was not able to use same string set up on the Tour 2025 because it was a DEMO from TW, but as soon as it becomes available for purchase, I am buying it. LOVED IT!!!

Insane Feel and ControlI've been playing with the Head Gravity since 2022 and this is a HUGE upgrade. The control and Feel on this is sensational, power is insane as well. I didn't expect this to have a lot of power and spin. BEST RACQUET EVER!! I'm not even kidding guys, this is insane.

Great racquetI test and play almost all racquets. I have played all generations of the Pro and ordered the new Tour after a test. Since I customize almost all frames to suit my needs, I was surprised at how well this racquet plays without any adjustments. Very good power and control and stable at the same time. The tester was strung with the Hawk Touch with 23/22 kg. I don't understand the negative comments about power.
My new missile launcher!Backdrop: I am an avid lover of the Gravity Pro and absolutely loved the 23 version. However, I demoed the Tour and instantly loved it for a few things it does better than the GP.
1. Easier to use and faster through the air
2. Access to spin allows me to hit some new type of shots
3. The 305 gram weight seems heftier than the Blade 98
4. Sound when hitting sweet spot is loud thud
5. Overall fun factor is awesome!
Comparing it to the 23 GP I realize I give up a bit of control and touch but the Tour makes up for it in power and quickness. I may still be in honeymoon phase after a month or so of using it but I am 99.7% convinced it's a switch for me and I am looking to buy a second Tour.
Nothing specialI've been playing with Head Gravity since it first came out. Demoed the new Tour from TW and played the Pro vs new Tour side by side. It's a good solid racquet but it won't change your game (you still have to do all the work). Especially for the club level players like myself. Not sure what all the hype is about except to sell more of these.

Weird head shape, needs weightI just demoed this racquet. I thought multifilament strings would give it more power, but groundstrokes weren’t great. Also, Gravity racquets’ head shapes are weird
