In order to improve program quality and to get a better understanding of reception conditions, Radio Taiwan International invites listeners to fill out RTI Survey 2017.
Listeners have to fill out the survey and leave their contact information. This will create a chance to win a RTI souvenir. Those who have never listened to RTI programs before are also welcome to fill out the survey.

RTI listeners and anyone who is interested in learning about Taiwan through RTI are all welcome to submit a survey.

RTI Survey 2017 – Rules:
To receive a souvenir, participants must provide the correct email address and other basic information. Those do not provide information or those whose information is inaccurate or incomplete agree to forfeit their right to receive or resend a souvenir. They will also forfeit the right to demand a change, cash, or a discount in exchange for the souvenir.
Pictures shown in the web of the prizes are a reference. The exact content, size and color of the prize is as received and is not returnable, transferrable or exchangeable.
Participants agree that RTI is not responsible for any hazards using the souvenirs.
The contact information listeners provide to RTI is protected under privacy laws. RTI is obligated to keep all contact information confidential and use it only to deliver a prize.
Participants must guarantee that the information they provide does not belong to a third party or infringe on intellectual property rights. Failing to do so will make the participant ineligible for any souvenir.
RTI holds the right to change the contest and prizes or cancel the survey anytime should circumstances arise that are beyond its control. Participants who do not accept any changes to the event website, schedule or content will automatically be disqualified from participating in the event. RTI will cancel their rights to participate if they violate any event rules.
RTI rules apply to other matters related to the event.

Receiving souvenirs:
After announcing the list of winners, RTI will contact winners via email. Winners must return the email within seven days to confirm their contact info.
Winners who fail to return the email agree to forfeit their right to receive a souvenir. No other souvenirs will sent latter.
Participants are responsible for any losses or damages to the souvenir due to the inaccurate information they provide.
